RETURNS

If you change your mind for any reason on any full priced item you’ve purchased from us, you are more than welcome to return your item(s) within 14 days (for customers within Australia) or 30 days (for customers outside of Australia) of receiving your delivery. We do not accept returns or exchanges on sale items or items purchased during a promotional period with the exception of faulty items. Change of mind includes any reason for return other than where an item is deemed faulty. Please note, that unless the item has been deemed faulty by our team we are unable to reimburse shipping charges for returns or exchanges.

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and if it is deemed faulty you will be contacted via the email you have provided and issued with a refund.

SALE ITEMS & PROMOTIONAL PERIODS

Please note, we are unable to accept any returns on sale items or items purchased during a promotional period, for example a storewide sale, or a further sale on particular products or categories. Only full priced products are able to be returned.

RETURNS CONDITIONS

  • Returns must be received by us within 14 days of delivery for Australian customers and 30 days for International customers.
  • Items may only be returned with a valid Returns Authorization Number (RA#). Please email us directly for this number with the sub heading ‘Returns Request’.
  • Items must be received in their original condition – unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached. We reserve the right to reject your return if it has an odour of perfume/deodorant or makeup/tanning marks.
  • If your return is not received in its original condition, a refund will not be issued and your item will be returned to you.
  • Sale items and items purchased during promotional sale periods are not eligible for return.
  • Please choose carefully when purchasing swimwear, intimates, jewellery or makeup products as we are unable to accept returns on these products.
  • Please note, we are unable to refund shipping costs unless an item is deemed faulty by our returns department.

We recommend using a tracked method of postage to return your item(s) to us as we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen parcels that do not reach us.

FAULTY ITEMS

If you believe your garment has a fault, please email admin@dustychloe.com.au with your order information and a photo of the fault. We will handle this with the highest priority.

 

 

General returns & exchanges

 

Please email admin@dustychloe.com.au with your order information and request for an exchange or refund. Please note we cannot guarantee that we will have the requested size or item in stock to exchange. We also reserve the right to reject exchanges or refunds that do not meet the requirements.
